Successes: The added footage is far more effective, it adds variation and makes it more intense. As well as this it is also really exciting to watch. The suspense is carries on throughout the trailer and the use of the garage gives it another interesting location.

Improvements: To make it even better! Add the rest of the rhyme "followed me all the way home" to further that tension.
